I posted this answer two years ago, and now, after looking at it, I realized that the best answer would be to recommend a real interview. If you dream to get, for example, to Yandex, it is not necessary to immediately submit a resume to Yandex. Post your resume on hh and agree to an interview with everyone. So you will learn your strength, pump them up. At the interview, you will be asked questions and tasks. Over the past three months, I have passed a dozen interviews with major Russian companies, and to be honest, I have improved my skills. The first two interviews were terrible, but I wrote down the questions I was asked and worked through them after the interview.
