Apache CXF Exception: java.lang.RuntimeException: Impossible de trouver l'initiateur de conduit pour l'adresse

Je veux appeler un service Web SOAP.net à partir de java. le service. net a le module ws-security et j'ai utilisé apache CXF pour définir le nom d'utilisateur et le mot de passe (et peut-être plus tard le certificat X. 509). Le code que j'ai utilisé est: 

    ITaxOrganService wsHttpBindingITaxOrganService = new TaxOrganService().getWSHttpBindingITaxOrganService();
    Endpoint endpoint = ClientProxy.getClient(wsHttpBindingITaxOrganService).getEndpoint();

    Map<String,Object> outProps = new HashMap<>();
    outProps.put(WSHandlerConstants.ACTION,WSHandlerConstants.USERNAME_TOKEN);
    outProps.put(WSHandlerConstants.USER,"*****");
    outProps.put(WSHandlerConstants.PASSWORD_TYPE, WSConstants.PW_TEXT);
    outProps.put(WSHandlerConstants.PW_CALLBACK_CLASS, ShahrdariPasswordCallback.class.getName());

    WSS4JOutInterceptor wssOut = new WSS4JOutInterceptor(outProps);

Mais java lève une exception sur la dernière ligne:

J'ai eu le même problème dans mon projet java.

Premièrement, je n'avais que la dépendance CXF suivante dans mon pom.xml: 

<dependency>
    <groupId>org.apache.cxf</groupId>
    <artifactId>cxf-rt-frontend-jaxws</artifactId>
    <version>${cxf.version}</version>
</dependency>

Par la suite, j'ai ajouté les deux dépendances CXF: 

<dependency>
    <groupId>org.apache.cxf</groupId>
    <artifactId>cxf-rt-transports-http</artifactId>
    <version>${cxf.version}</version>
</dependency>
<dependency>
    <groupId>org.apache.cxf</groupId>
    <artifactId>cxf-rt-transports-http-jetty</artifactId>
    <version>${cxf.version}</version>
</dependency>
