Come posso installare JRE EXE silenziosamente attraverso il mio MSI?

Ho il mio msi attraverso il quale sto cercando di installare JRE exe. Sono in grado di eseguire altri EX in questo modo. Ma il JRE EXE non viene installato. Di seguito è riportato l'errore che sto ricevendo.

Ho provato a eseguire il jre con il comando "/s". Si installa silenziosamente. Perché non riesce durante l'installazione tramite il mio MSI? Come posso raggiungere questo obiettivo? Qualsiasi aiuto sarebbe molto apprezzato.

EDIT: ho provato a ordinare l'installazione sequenza come mostrato di seguito.
